My note to Jack: Just a note to say thank you for excellent service both at your end and by Pioneer. Car delivered both ways in 6 days without a hitch. Would clearly recommend both companies for outstanding service and a seamless experience.
The outgoing pickup by Pioneer, scheduled for early in the day, was postponed to late in the day and was about 5 miles from my home. I believe that fine-tuning the pickup process with the carrier may have made it more precise and timely.
The return was exactly to specifications, was one day early, and was delivered to my door.
All parties were respectful and tried to give the best customer service possible.
