I had never used an auto transport company before. I went on line to obtain quotes and received an overwelming amount. I checked them out the best I could on line and with the BBB and decided on USA Auto Transport. I originally did not have a specific date in mind, however on a Friday afternoon, the owner wanted it picked up the following Tuesday, keeping in mind that Monday was a national holiday. I placed the order Friday afternoon and the owner called Tuesday stating the vehicle had in fact been picked up. She said the driver was "very nice" and he stated the vehicle would be delivered the following Saturday. On Saturday, the driver called saying he was about 2 hours out and wanted to know if we were available for delivery. He arrived right on schedule and the vehicle was in the exact same condition as when it was loaded in Florida. The driver was again kind and the delivery was made without a hitch. I cannot say how impressed I was with everything from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to use this company and would recommend them in the highest fashion.
