We were really blown away by how easy and efficient the whole process was in terms of transporting our car to our daughter in Sacramento. Right from the start when speaking to Corey, all details were spelled out and the quote was almost immediate. It turned out to be a very fair price and no negotiating was necessary. It was really great to be able to speak to a real person everytime I called back with a question rather than have to email info and wait for emails in return. We were amazed how prompt the pickup was and how friendly and reassuring the driver was. He called us twice the day of pickup to let us know how far away he was and when he would arrive and he was only 15 minutes off! He told us when he would arrive in Sacramento and it turned out he arrived a day earlier...our Sacramento family was thrilled. How could we not enthusiastically recommend A Across USA Auto Transport after such a pleasant experience. And to think that we simply got their name out of the Yellow Pages!
