Dismal Customer Service

In mid November, I booked 2 cars to be transported with AAAdvantage. I received reminded emails and calls until I booked their service. One car was picked up on time and delivered in a timely matter with no problems. The second car, however, was a nightmare. The car was picked up 3 days late, then the truck that was carrying the car had serveral problems (broke down 3 different times). My problem was not the delay in time as it was the customer service that I did not receive from AAAdvantage. I understand problems arise, however, I was given the word of a customer service manager that I would be kept up to date by her and never heard from her again. On top of that every time I called for an update on my car- I was told "It'll be there on Friday" when I would call on Friday I would then be told "It'll be there on Monday" and so this went on for over 3 weeks. Finally I stopped calling and never heard from AAAdvantage again. I sent them an email regaring their customer service (or lack there of) and never heard back from them. After AAAdvantage received confimation of my business and payment- they never called again. Awful, awful, awful experience. Please find another shipper.
