I was told to have the car ready for pickup on Dec. 14 so it could be delivered before Christmas--they didn't say what year. On pickup day I called and found that my job had not even been assigned--days later I found that it was because my job had been "underbid." If they had called, I would have paid more. They never call. The car was not picked up until Jan. 5 and was delivered on Jan. 13--almost a month from the date it was supposed to have been picked up. I had to rent a car for two weeks. There was never an apology or a real explanation of why they operated as they did. They did not seem to care and seemed annoyed that I was upset. Finally, as a "good will gesture" they refunded $100. This was a small percentage of the rental cost.
They deserve all the negative comments listed below by others. Also notice that they get so many complaints that they no longer respond.
