They will rob you!!!!

Worst company ever. they totally lied about everything, deceptive, etc. This company is a total thought up racket to screw over everyone they can. I truely believe they are in existence to simply prey on people that are not local.


I will give a long review here just to the effect of how bad this company really is. There is no integrity in this company.

I ordered a 00 Buick Lesabre to get picked up from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on 6-20-08. Travis lied and said that they have a regular wed-friday truck that goes down there every week. Upon further investigation with T.J. the manager, T.J. informed me that Travis had lied and there is no such thing in the trucking industry as a regular route.

I also was told that their carriers have extra insurance, and they tell you that they own a lot of their trucks, but in the end the few trucks they own don't do most of the work, and they end up having to put your load up on central dispatch and then end up using any random person that will pick it up.


Sooo.......This was ordered on a friday. Travis told me he would work hard to get the order placed over the weekend, but worse case scenario, that he would have his regular wed-friday truck coming on the 25th -27th of June. Well the order didn't get placed on central dispatch because I guess a lot of the owner independants wont take orders with this company. The truck called my seller thursday night after hours and left a message that they requested a call back to pick up the buick. Then the next morning, they called again saying that they were going to be there in a half hour, or they would have to move on. My seller scrambled and got the car ready, and then the truck driver didn't come. Drove right by Ft. Lauderdale from Miami, and just kept heading North.

Travis then said they would try for next week. I said cancel the order. They wouldn't let me because in the contract you sign, you agree to give them 10-14 business days to get the load placed. The next week passed, and they couldn't get anyone to pick up the car. I cancelled the order with Travis, T.J., the service department over the phone, and everyone wouldn't cancel the order. They said I had to email service@carmoves.com I emailed them and cancelled the order. I also emailed the owner at jinxsmith4zero@msn.com and cancelled the order there as well.

All this time, wouldn't you think they would just refund me the $200.00 deposit and just move on with things. No.

Well I placed an order with another broker, and they put the exact same order on central dispatch with the same price as these guys, and it got picked up the same day. This means someone calls and says they want the load. The car then got picked up a couple days later, and delivered in 3 days. This was with another outfit called Boston Auto transport. So weeks go buy and now it's the end of July, and AAAdvantage auto transport won't refund my $200.00 deposit.

I then get a call from service (This is 1 month after I made the order and 2 weeks after canceling the order) that they sent a truck over to the seller to pick up the car and it wasn't there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Can you believe that. The service lady was mad at me, when she called. I went rounds with her explaining how many times I had canceled the order. I told her to cancel the order, she said she couldn't and I would have to email service@carmoves.com

Wouldn't common sense tell you that if you have been this much trouble to a customer, that you wouldn't make them email you again, when you allready have emailed and it didn't work before.


So here we sit. I have proof that my email hit their server and was read. And they still won't refund my $200.00 deposit.

I run a company and employee 60 employees. This company is one of my top 5 worst companies I have ever dealt with
