Terrible Customer Service

My experience with this company has been terrible. I spoke with an agent to set up my car transport and they told me that it typically takes 5 to 7 days to move a car from PA to CA and that the first day my car was available should be a good day for it to be picked up. Well, on the day the car was available, I called and found out that the company hadn't even scheduled the pick yet and there was no carrier assigned. I was leaving PA a few days after the car was available and so I decided to drop the car off at a terminal in NJ. I asked the company to call me when my car left the terminal. About a week I called and found out that my car would be picked up on July 6 and delivered on July 12. On July 10 I called and found out that my car was not even picked up from the terminal. When I asked what caused the change in pick up date, no one knew. They didn't even ask the dispatcher. They just told me the pick up was scheduled for July 13 and delivery is scheduled for July 18. Well, it is now July 21 and I am still on hold right now trying to figure out where my car is as I type this message. In between many of these dates, I had called and left messages but never received a return phone call. I also sent a few email messages and did not receive any return messages. I even called on July 18 and spoke with a gentleman who told me my car should be arriving on that day or if not on July 18, it would definitely be at my apartment by July 20. I am still waiting. I would not recommend this company to my friends or family.
