The pickup of my vehicle was fine. It was supposed to be on Friday and they called saying they could do it on Sunday. This was fine, as I wanted them to pickup on Tuesday. However, from there it missed the truck it was supposed to be on and sat for 2 weeks. When it finally arrived in California it took over a week to get it to me. Numerous calls to customer service provided limited information and no one seemed to care that my car took a month. On the plus side, there was no damage. I wish I saw this site first, I would have used someone else.
