I wanted to write this testimony because I felt it was important to give credit where credit is due...
The service and quote that TJ gave me was accurate and very professional. TJ, the service rep, gave me a feeling of confidence and also the feeling that I was an important customer and not just another person shipping a car across the country.
The service department at Auto Transport was always informative and very responsive. The live updates on the web kept me informed and aware of when my car would be picked up and delivered.
Last but not least, the driver Daniel and his Father were great...I met them at my mechanic's shop and they delivered the car without a scratch. You have to know that this car came from VA to CA in less than 9 days and delivered door to door.
I want to thank all involved. This was a very special car given to me by my mother that just stopped driving at the age of 89. I plan to restore and keep it for the next generation. Thanks to Auto Transport and Daniel (the truck driver) this dream will come through.
