Fantastic Experience

I again went to some of the sites to get more quotes. This time I started really reading the descriptions and helpful hints some of the companies put on their web sites. Some companies only deliver terminal to terminal, some of which are recommended by eBay and are supposed to be good, which for some people may be fine. To me that would have meant a 10-hour drive on way to the nearest terminal to pick the car up. Your company owns its own fleet of trucks, the biggest factor in my choosing your company and you deliver door to door. That meant to me I didn't have to rely on a bunch of different people and their time table to get my car moved.

I called and talked to your friendly people, told them my concern was getting the car picked up as soon as possible, so the person I bought the car from did not have to keep holding on to a car he wanted out of his garage. Your people were very helpful. They explained what they could and would do. I was told the following week the car would be picked up.

I should say that the person I talked to said you do sometimes also use smaller independent transporters depending on where the car is going. Green Bay is a little out of the way, so, the transportation was booked with a small independent transporter, Stat motion. Not only was I able to get updates from your company website on the status of the move, it was picked up within the time frame you gave, the independent driver was very courteous and careful in handling the car pick up and delivery. Keep booking with him...he was great.

I got numerous calls from him on the road so I knew where the car was at and I had an estimated time of delivery, which was extremely appreciated. He got stuck in traffic trying to go through Chicago, so I knew that was going to put him hours off schedule, but, every couple hours he called, so I knew what was going on. My dream car, a 1982 Mercedes coup finally arrived safe and sound a month after I bought it.

My experience with your company A AAAdvantage Auto Transport was fantastic. You guys actually do what you say you're going to do, when you say you will. The communication and customer service of your people was top rate. I would highly recommend your company.
