THIRTEEN DAYS since I called for a quote and pick up date, and we just cancelled our order with them because we were still hearing "we are going to try for pick-up tomorrow." Meanwhile, I would call for an update and be told they would call me later that day, and would not hear from anyone until I CALLED THEM back the next day. I would also be told they were trying to get a hold of a driver, but they were not answering their phone or email. This was a complete waste of my time in which I could have contracted another company and received my vehicle by now. Instead, I am now having to find another company and start all over in the process.
