We had a tight moving schedule and short moving window, so the date of picking up the car was important to us. Before I placed the order, I asked them several times if they could pick up my car on the exact date I choosed, and they always said yes. Two days before the pickup I called them again to confirm the date, they told me the driver was very busy, he had to make a lot of pickups, could only come 2 days after my chosen date, blah, blah. The only reason I choosed this company was because the date was good for me, and I was too naive to think a deal is a deal, if they said the date was OK, then I should not worry about anything. What they actually did was to promise you everything before you place the order, once they had your deposit, they could do anything they wanted. After several unpleasant phone calls with the company, they agreed to send a truck one day earlier, but instead of an enclosed carrier I initially choosed, the new one was an open carrier.Not happy with that, because of all the stories I heard about damages happened to cars tranported by open carriers. But got no choice. Today got the car and my worry came true. There were several big nasty scratches at the back of the car that were not there when the car was picked up. The driver pulled out a form saying the scratches were already there and we acknowledged that. We acknowledged there was a tiny scratch far below, but not the new big scratches. We were too inexperienced not to have taken pictures all over the car before the pickup. Innocent people, beware! Don't let them cheat you. Keep away from A-AAA and the truck company IFA transportation INC!
