Rudest Customer Agents EVER!

Everyone had a certain arrogance about them and most of them are VERY rude. This one women in particular was extremely rude. Yelling and lecturing a customer is definitely not what's going to bring in good reviews and word of mouth referrals. Everyone in that company needs to learn to stop giving their clients false hope. I was told they shipped hundreds of cars and that mine was unfortunately the only one that's delayed this time...doubt it... Considering this was their fault, they should have been nicer and more apologetic about the whole situation. Instead everyone I spoke to insisted it was my own fault for not understanding that it would be late. Tell me it will be late once, fine. Delay 2 more times after that, unprofessional. Tell me it's arrived only to have me call the warehouse and they can't find my car, then having that AA woman lecture me on how this is my own fault for being too eager? WOW! Never again.

Finally upon inspection there was unexplained large scratch on my right side mirror. From the angle and depth of the scratch it can definitely be concluded that it was from an accident rather than rock chip. Great...
