I chose this company based on a family referral. A2B subcontracted the job to a group from WA state. Russian was that group's first language, it made it very difficult to communicate. I had to get A2B to intercede at least twice because I couldn't understand the driver or the dispatcher from the Spokane group. My car was made available to be picked up well in advance of the date that I needed it in Oregon (to start a new job). The driver was 2 days late in getting it, almost 2 full days late in delivering it. This caused a lot of unnecessary phoning and arranging for a car that I could use. My car arrived really dirty and the check engine light has been on since delivery. I had it fully tuned up and inspected before I left my home state. Something must have happened in transport.

I wouldn't use this company again nor would I recommend them. It was clear that while A2B seemed fine to deal with the loss of control over outcome with the subcontractor was NOT what I expected. I paid in advance to guarantee the car arrival, made my car available well in advance of the time required to get it across the country. Not a good experience.
