Ness sounded professional at first and provided a quote which was supposedly competitive. I committed and gave my credit card number for deposit.
As the pickup date approached, he went quiet and stopped returning calls.
The car was never picked up. Meanwhile my credit card was charged $150. A1on1 never responded to any of my requests to refund this money, so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and have them issue a refund.
Overall this company was completely unprofessional, unethical and a total waste of time. Do not use!

THIS IS NOT OUR CUSTOMER!! HE NEVER SIGNED HIS CONTRACT NOR GAVE US AUTHORIZATION TO MOVE HIS VEHICLE. THIS FILE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO OUR LEGAL DEPT. HIS VEHICLE WAS MOVED BY A DIFFERENT COMPANY.
