Car was picked up and delivered in a reasonable time; however, the quote agreed upon was $837.00 but the final price was $925. The driver was a private contractor who was nice enough. He explained several customers who had cars on his load with a 1 on 1 ran into the same problem of approximately $100 over the quote. An e-mail to a 1 on 1 asking for a response when unaswered for 3 days. A phone call to a 1 on 1 was idiotic to say the least. This company does not deal in an honest manor. I get the feeling if a major problem occurred in the delivery of my vehicle, this company would have been terrible to deal with. Buyer beware!
