The reason I went with 1on 1 Transport was because they "had" a driver doing my route who could pick up in a few days. So put down the deposit to show I was legit and a very fair price of $800 (there were others who could have got it picked up for 50-75 less). I thought we had a binding contract. Well, another company put me into the dispatch without my permission. So I was in there twice. The driver they had contracted with decided w/o ANY communication to not pick up my car b/c i was in there 2x. . So I had to wait another week or more for someone else to pick up my car. So what was going to take 4-6 days max took 11 from when the car was ready for pickup. Then the only driver they could find wanted another $50. So now I was out $850. Like several of the brokers I spoke with, 1 on 1 Transport promised a lot and delivered a little. I would not use them again.
