First of all I found Scott Peterson to be rude when he became upset because I called him. I was given his number by Bob as a contact person from A 1 on 1 transport and I did not understand why he was upset with me. He stated he was not to be called and he would take care of that problem when he reach home. I notified Joseph of this. My vehicle was picked up a day late and arrived before I was able to reach the destination. I was not able to get a flight out of Tampa on Wednesday because the driver could not get the vehicle until the next day. He said he had 8 vehicles for pick up on Wednesday and preferred Thursday which was OK with me because there were no flights. The only flights out of Tampa were on Saturday afternoon. I sent a text to notify the driver of the time however, he later stated he did not receive the text. I had to contact a friend to meet him and get the vehicle. Because this was unplanned, I needed time to get someone to meet him around 8:30am and because this took less than 30mins the driver threaten to take my vehicle to another state. I also had the balance due with me. I was told by the driver he would only accept COD. I was unaware of this because I was told by Joesph I could pay by money order. The total cost was $543 and I gave a deposit of $150, therefore the balance should have been $393. My friend was asked to give $400 and she did. I would like to make a suggest for A1 on1, make sure it is communicated with the companies you use, the same price you quote and if it is a COD let the customers know this also. The overall customer service was rated low because of Scott Peterson. Joseph and Bob from A 1 on 1 were excellent and very helpful and pleasant to work with.
