My first contact with this firm was handled by a woman who called me promptly after I expressed an interest in the company. She was thorough and patient and almost always available when I called. I was not handed off to other service representatives. One reason I chose this company is that somebody was available seven days a week. The process was clearly explained to me. The price was very reasonable ( a little over $1000) for the service delivered. Other companies might take up to three weeks for a standard delivery for this price, but charge more for an expedited delivery. Our car arrived a day EARLIER than the fastest estimated time quoted by my contact (five days across country, Connecticut to Los Angeles, rather than six). I was receiving the car from my daughter across the country, and I was able to handle the initial paperwork and make the deposit from my home computer. My daughter handled the pick up arrangements, which apparently went fairly smoothly. The transport company that delivered the car to me called me the day before delivery and then a few minutes before he arrived in the driveway. We inspected the car together and he showed me the inspection sheet my daughter filled out upon pick up to show no new damage had occurred en route.
