Mr. Luis was very courteous. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I am extremely satisfied with the company, and appreciate the service rendered. Of note, there was a delay from my part to release the car for pick up, the company waited patiently for the car to be ready. The car was taken to an auto repair shop at the last minute. I need to mention that the driver who picked the car up, Mr. James, was also very courteous and timely. He let us know ahead of time the exact time for pick up and drop off.
