All personnel were cordial and professional in their interactions. Even though on pick-up the truck was late, the driver was most courteous and called to inform us of the delayed time. The driver and his partner were most professional and customer service oriented. I was definitely not impressed with the open air trailer that the vehicle was being transported on. The trailer had two badly worn tires, and the ramps to get the vehicle onto the trailer were damaged/bent which made it very difficult to drive the vehicle onto the trailer. The driver and his partner were very careful so as to not damage the vehicle, but viewing the marginal condition of the equipment (trailer), I was most skeptical. Delivery was a day early which we were able to adapt to. The vehicle was delivered in good condition. I was surprised that the driver requested cash payment upon delivery. I prefer having a canceled check or other form of transactional receipt, however we did reimburse with cash as requested. I would consider utilizing this transport service again, but would definitely request better equipment. The customer service received helped to compensate for the questionable equipment (trailer).
