Initially refused to refund deposit

Company billed me for transport but driver refused to take job and dispatcher was unable to replace driver.
On 3/21/15 I received a Quote No. 424994-LF from 7 Star to transport a vehicle from Palm Coast to Homestead, FL. A driver was assigned and I was billed on 3/23/15. The driver twice said he would pick up the vehicle but did not show up. On 3/26 the driver called and declined the job. 7 Star dispatcher Jerry said he reposted the job, however on 3/27 he phoned me to say he would be unable to get a driver for the transport. I requested a refund at that time and also emailed Jerry and his Supervisor Oscar, requesting a refund. Initially I was not refunded my $175. I was told that my negative review would stop my refund and that if I did not remove my review that my refund request would be sent to arbitration, further delaying it. It was a bullying tactic. They did eventually refund my money after I threatened to file a small claims suit. I did have to promise them I would change my review so that is why I have edit it. The manager, Mike, said he would lose his job over a bad review........maybe he should.

NOT TRUE. Carrier DNE Transportation 864-909-2609 was dispatched to pickup vehicle. The day of Pickup driver talked to customer and confirmed he had a delay, truck broke down and was on the road fixing it. About 2 day delay. When truck arrived car was no longer there. Customer cancelled. REFUND was made once driver confirmed delay was caused by carriers mechanical problem.
