Rob was a HUGE help in explaining the process. First Class Service! After submitting an online shipping request, I received about 20 shippers. Many very rude and wanted to know rates prior to them given there rate. I was just looking for someone to walk me through the process and do EVERYTHING they promised and I paid for in regards to shipping.
