Vehicle Transport Nightmare

I contacted 7 star transport and spoke with Nick. At first the company sounded very nice and professional, everything seemed to be on schedule then the nightmare began. I called several times over a period of time and always had to leave a message and then no one would return my call. I was told that nothing would be charged to a credit card until the vehicle was picked up, which is not the case. Credit card was charged immediately. After several attempts on having the vehicle picked up and transported a transport company was hired. I expected the vehicle on a certain date and when that date came and went and the vehicle did not show up, I contacted 7 star to find out the vehicle was not picked up because the transport truck had broken down which continued the nightmare. After another attempt, I decided to cancel the order all together. I contacted Nick and was informed that the deposit had been charged and I was told that I would not receive a refund because 7 star had completed the pick up. I will never use this company again because all they do is lie so they can collect the deposit. They never follow through with what they say they can do.
