Robin contacted after we had a few bad experiences with other companies. I even had a guy who showed up loaded the vehicle and then took it down because he did not get his asking price. I thought he was very un-professional and was just thinking of his bottom line.

Robin worked with Buyer of vehicle also. We had 2 parties working a deal and was a little complex because monies had to be verified when vehicle was picked up by Tow company.

Robin took initiative to take care of our needs and asked some probing questions then we finally got everything on track.

Definitely will do business with them again.
