I got a job in a different state and needed to have my car shipped out within a two week time period. Filing out forms online I was brought to 7 star auto transport. I read the reviews and they seemed better than other brokers. That was my first big mistake.. Going through a broker. The guy who helped through this process pretty much lied to me. I said I needed my car picked up and delivered by a certain day and time. Again this was over a week out. He told me he can make that happen (understandably days may vary), he told me that I would have my car picked up on a Monday and it would be delivered by the time I need it. I signed my contract and then that's when it got funny. The day was the wrong day it was going to be delivered later than I needed it. I contacted John, he told me he would fix it and get back to me. I waited hours before hearing anything. I had to call and email and again hours went by. He told me he had fixed the problem and I was relieved (for the moment). Monday showed up and I still hadn't heard from John or the transport company. I called and called and got nothing. I finally got a hold of the transport company and they told me they were never contacted by 7 star auto transport. I was furious. They also never informed me (as well as the transport company) that there was only one way to pay, money order. By the time my car made it to my state it was a HUGE fiasco paying for my vehicle in the side of the road because I didn't have a money order. This is the LAST time I use this broker company to ship a car. They are crooks and will lie to you (depending on who you talk to). I never called and complained because I had been given the run around just like my pick up date it was not worth it. We shipped my husbands car out of state (yesterday) and went DIRECTLY through the trucking company. We saved OVER 200 dollars and had ZERO issues with pick up times and delivery times. My advice, stay away or use at your own risk. I had bad luck, it doesn't mean you will too.

NOT ACCURATE - Customer signed a contract to move vehicle between Jan 27th to Feb 4th. 7 Star got a carrier to pickup Jan 28th. Both on contract and on all dispatch notifications clearly say, payment must be on Delivery cash, money order or cashier check. It is mandatory and industry standard. Also customer was aware that dates are estimated, bcse no one can foresee road conditions during a transport and a vehicle can be delivered 1-3 days earlier or later as it is allowed by law and by the FMCSA licensing office. Customer did not have the money to pay on delivery and told carrier to leave car without paying. When carrier said no and customer was told car had to be taken to the yard until the carrier's pay was available, then customer went to get a money order. Total unacceptable review. Customer should have been ready to pay carrier, they don't make deliveries for free.
