After much research and visits to auction site, I chose 7 Star Transport because of their process and the excellent customer service from Ivan. The interaction was very professional and he worked with us on all aspects of what we were trying to accomplish in shipping my son's vehicle from Ohio to Florida during adverse weather.

Because of my research I was bombarded from many of the layers in the business and had a lot of options. I was impressed with 7 Star and Ivan's approach.

The vehicle was picked up in a timely fashion as promised and because of the weather I had under promised to my son that the vehicle may or may not arrive when expected. The vehicle arrived on time in the morning of the promised arrival date. I started getting texts and emails from family members because he took a picture and posted it on facebook immediately because of his excitement. The vehicle arrived unscathed and perfect just like we sent it.

Ivan, the dispatcher, and the driver, were all communicative and made it a pleasant, non-worry process and experience.

I would use the company again and specifically would contact or ask for Ivan because of the outstanding level of customer service and professionalism exhibited... Thanks guys.
