Everything worked as desired and planned. The driver was responsive and very helpful for easy pick up and drop offf. Thed customer service was friendly. The only thing that could have been a bit better to make this an absolute perfect experience is that in the 1-2 weeks before the pick up ( reserved about 4 weeks in advance) they could have initiated the communications earlier and had the final answer on pick up and driver more than 4 days in advance of pickup. Very good nevertheless.
