When my husband took a job in Ohio, we shopped around online trying to find a good car shipping company that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. We originally selected Stateway and they assured us that our vehicle would be picked up from our home before we moved out on August 21st. We arranged everything several weeks prior and followed up with several phone calls, but they never secured us a transport for our vehicle. They kept telling us they were trying, but we weren't getting any results and were growing increasingly stressed out about it.

In the weeks leading up to the move, we received several calls from other auto transporters offering to move the vehicle for us. I was leery of switching companies and I knew that these companies knew I was drawing close to my move date. I worried they would pray upon the vulnerable position I was finding myself in.

JerryN (the Rocket Man) called during this time and was beyond helpful. He was able to tell me what the status of my shipment was (Stateway still hadn't secured a transport) and he could tell me all of the available options for transporting my vehicle. He provided lots of information and options, giving me options to drop the vehicle off along other routes or timing the vehicle to be picked up with trucks already going near my area. In the end, he was able to secure my transport to be picked up from my own town the morning after we arranged it, which happened to be the very same day we were flying out of the state for Ohio. It was down to the wire and Jerry pulled it off flawlessly! He sent all the documents to me to be signed electronically just before we boarded our flight! I had gotten to the point that I thought this whole ordeal was never going to end. Once I signed on with Jerry, it was taken care of in a flash! Plus, the car arrived to Ohio ahead of schedule! The costs were very comparable, but the service was MUCH better than I would have expected with any auto transport service. Words cannot begin to express how much gratitude I have to Jerry and to 7 Star for coming to my rescue and providing me with awesome service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to transport a vehicle and will use them again for all future moves.
