Bought my car at auction in PA and car was paid for on 12/24 and ready to go. It's Jan 2 and I still do not have my car. Everyday it was the car will be picked up today and there tomorrow. I had to call to get updates. I only got return calls when I called. I was told that with the holidays the drivers were not being honest or dependable. The manager told me several clients were having the same issue. They would simply just try to get a driver to pick it up the next day. I can understand holidays but why wasn't another driver called after the others weren't honest. There did not feel like any sense of urgency and after 10 days of waiting with no guarantees I should have been a priority. There's no way I should have to call them to get updates. I feel I should be kept abreast of what was going on by them reaching out first. I believe I have been more than patient as most people would have cancelled them a long time ago. The only reason I cut them a brake on customer service is because they were all polite in general. The two ladies I spoke to in dispatch were surprisingly calm and nice. Werner was my contact and he was polite just never initiated a call. There was one dispatch that was short Galopo/George. I had to call him back and vent. I've been waiting on my car for 10 days and you are giving me attitude as if I'm not suppose to be frustrated. Keep in mind I never cursed or raised my voice. By the 10th day I'm calling with no car and your are bring curt. I lost it and called back crying asking for a manager. I know I did not deserve attitude but rather compassion. I'm a Christian and I work in banking. I know when things are beyond your control which is why I was patient and polite in my dealings. Therefore the last thing I should receive is attitude.
