My first time shipping a vehicle; i researched 7 star company on BBB and they had issues, but they attempt to solve each problem and that helped. Their price was cheaper and they require a deposit, but I went with them anyway against advice of other shippers who claimed a deposit required up front is not a good business practice. My advice to those shipping a vehicle to leave enough time for the unknown. The broker is not the carrier therefore he can't control circumstances that may arise while your vehicle is in transit. I had no issues whatsoever with time or delivery of my car, and even if the carrier was delayed by weather or other, I was flexible enough to have received it days after. I recommend this broker and carrier and I would use them again.

Lastly, make sure you understand the terms of the agreement, that if issues should arise there won't be any misunderstandings.
