Jerry from 7 Star was great, he would update me via email and phone call all the time which is great because I was always worried about my car due to the horror stories I read on Yelp. He always was available except on two occasions in the two weeks we worked together and he called within 5 mins of me leaving a message. Very emphathizing and polite. He worked hard on making sure I was not screwed over by the transport company.

The company Auto Transport was not the best but they worked. They showed up a day late and therefore made them show up a day late which ended up working out but it was still late. They couldn't drop it off at my house and told me the night prior so I had to get another tow compay to help me which cost an additional $75. The trucker didn't arrive in the window they said they would and didn't understand the worksheet he had so he wanted an additional $150 which Jerry was able to take care of on the spot.

I would use Jerry again in this situation with complete confidence in his skills. Just make sure the transport company is decent.
