I bought a car at IAA Pensacola, Florida and needed to ship it to Philadelphia, PA. I got a lot of calls and email offers by my gut, which is rarely wrong chose 7 Star because i liked the courteous and well mannered person who spoke to me, His name is Anthony.
My car was incurring daily charges being there. When i explained it to Tony, he immediately dispatched a driver to go pick it up on the same day. We kept in touch till the vehicle was picked. The delivery day agreed was Monday.
On Saturday around 10, i received a call that my car was due in three hours. I was excited because the car was due for export and everyday counted. The driver called again when he was fifteen minutes away. When he arrived, the driver Senol was courteous and assisted till i packed the car in my drive way.
I called Tony to let him know the car was delivered ahead of schedule and offered to write this confirmation myself.
The entire process including signing the contract , shipping and delivery was smooth and i will definitely use 7 star again.
