Failed to show, failed to contact, unable to contact

Spoke with Nathan who assured that would have truck available to pick up on a certain day. Pushed to have contract signed immediately so could get driver assigned. After doing so, spoke by phone and email and he assured me that car would be picked up on scheduled date.

Later contacted Nathan when I was advised that another company stated they had driver available, but Nathan assured me that the other company was not correct and again assured me that car would be picked up. Last spoke to Nathan on Saturday before pickup.

On Monday, no one showed, no one called. Calls and emails to Nathan and his company went unanswered. No way to contact anyone.

On Tuesday, Nathan emails that he just back to office and was sure that things had been set for pickup and blamed an un-named driver as the culprit.

The broker is responsible to ensure that the job is handled or that the customer is notified of any changes or delays. This company failed to do either.

I now have to find a reputable company to transport my vehicle.

UNFAIR review - Customer requested a move on Friday afternoon, (memorial day weekend). Customer was never guaranteed a driver. Since customer wanted pickup before Tuesday, he was told we would try to find one before memorial day weekend but most likely pick-up would be after the long weekend, No driver was available during memorial day weekend. Only driver available was for 2 days after. Customer decided to cancel order. We cancelled order and gave full refund.
