This is the Worst Company/organization I have ever dealt with. They lie, cheat, and make excuses for their mistakes. I was scheduled to have my car picked up july 27th or 28th, 2013 from my house and spoke with Oscar. He made bold face lies and claims about taking care of everything. He promised me that my car would be picked up on those days and that he already spoke with a driver in the area who was going to pick it up. I was told that I would get 24 hour notice and never heard from driver or Oscar. I called numerous times while at school and work and nobody picked up. I had my family waiting for days at the house to get my car picked up and they also called and Oscar picked up (he was avoiding my calls - his own co-worker said that!) and after 5 days of nobody picking up I decided to cancel my order. Someone else from the company called back and said they would help me, but I asked for a supervisor. Mike who is the supervisor claimed that my incident was an isolated event (but if you check yelp, this company got alot of bad reviews and people had similar problems as me), so he was lying again and I called him out on it. He told me Oscar was fired ( I highly doubt that) and promised again to take care of me. He told me driver was going pick up my car on Friday Aug 2nd (and I am sitting here Aug 3rd and my car still hasn't be picked up and I have not heard back from Mike or the driver)!!!!

PLEASE SAVE yourself the headache and time by avoiding this company at all cost. THEY WILL LIE, CHEAT, and honestly be a huge inconvenience to you and your family. I don't even want to think about what shape or form my car will come back in!!

They company basically makes a lying quote price and they will then bid it to all the drivers (WHO are from a random other companies) and they dont communicate with them after they have given them the order. PLEASE trust me this company sounds great in the beginning but they are all cheaters and even if I get my car back in good form, I will never use this company again and I highly recommend going with another company that WILL BE CHEAPER, MORE HELPFUL, and CARING of their customers! Seriously how can you go with a company where their employees avoid calls because they know they lied and cheated the customer???

Horrible unfair review. Customer got a great price, requested the lowest possible and got a big discount. A carrier was dispatch -MN Transh- for pickup ESTIMATED yesterday. Carrier got delayed and changed ETA for Today. Totally out of our control. This is an UNFAIR review of our service. 7 Star Dispatch is always here to help any customer with their calls.
