I'm a transporter and when I called got a answer quickly and asked about the load. They dispatched it to me and when I had problems getting someone to answer the phone on the pickup side of it. When I told the dispatcher what was going on they said let me try. About 5 min later the dispatcher called me back and had got in touch with the pickup location and I was able to get the vehicle.
