I have never written a review in my life but felt so strongly I had to. I purchased a classic 1970 Lincoln Mark iii and hired 7 Star for the transport and delivery of this vehicle. When arranging the details with John at 7 Star, I SPECIFACALLY ask that this car be put on top of the carrier so no potential oil would drip on the this car or the vinyl roof! I LITERALLY told john this request no less then 3 times! He assured me it would be on top. Well when i recieved the car it was on the bottom COVERED in oil!!! I have plenty or pictures to prove this! Long story short,,7 Star tried to blame the driver, the driver said he was never told to put it on top, and his paper work backed up his story. . He said, she said. I asked 7 Star to show me the work order advising the driver to place the car on top..and guess what..they didn't have one. They have totally blown off all communtication from me. All i was asking for was to be reiumbureded for $60.00 for the cleaning of this vehicle. PLease take my advise and do not use this carrier!!!! You have been warned. They always try to refute any bad reviews, not this time. Like I said " I have the pictures to prove it", multiple emails with them trying to pass the buck. And now simply no reply! DO NOT USE THEM!

TOTALLY FALSE. Oil leaks are responsibility of Carrier. Customer was given full info and insurance to make claim. We are helping customer make claim to carrier. Customer wants to put a bad review on us, not the carrier, asking us to pay for them if we want this review removed. We are not responsible. The carrier who moved the car is and their insurance covers it. NOT FAIR TO US.
