Do not use this company. I originally booked State 2 State and they never showed to pick-up my car. I called around and found Jair at 7 Start who sounded great. He was able to find a driver and confirm pick-up within a matter of hours. I felt that my problems were solved. Four days later I recieved a call from the transporter directly. On a Saturday morning they were stopped at a security checkpoint in Ohio and had to take all the cars off the truck. For some reason my car wouldn't start when it was time to put them back on. They called 7 Star repeatedly who wouldn't return their calls. The driver spent two days on the side of the highway waiting for a call back. Finally the transporter called me directly on Monday (which 7 Start forbid him to do) to let me know what was going on. I started calling 7 Start and they dodged my calls. I had to pay the driver directly to bring the car back to NY and then hired a reputable carrier (Plycar) to transport my car to CA. I have never dealt with a worse service provider in any industry. I spoke to a few truckers directly and they all confirmed to stay away from 7 Star.

Inaccurate review. 7 Star got driver right away for OPERATIONAL VEHICLE, truck arrived in NY, dealership loaded car and gave wrong key to the driver. Car needed to be unloaded at police check point, the Key DID NOT WORK. Driver and 7 Star informed customer without the key a special truck needs to be sent to Ohio. Customer refused special INOP service to California and car was returned to NY to dealership. 7 Star did everything perfect, dealership/customer negligence to provide a working key caused the problem.
