I had a last minute vehicle shipment (right before New Year's Eve) and 7 Star's Adrian made contact with me while I was on business travel in China. He touched base again when I got back to California and from start to finish it was a worry free experience with excellent communication both phone and email. On the day of pick up, the driver was ON TIME! He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I spoke with the recipient and the car- which had gathered dust from sitting in a warehouse- was shiny and clean! So the truck driver did go with a hand wash and detail as he mentioned. Awesome. I'll choose 7 Star again for my next vehicle movement.
