Setting up the transport agreement was flawless, Nick Dominguez was knowledgeable and professional. The company that was dispatched to deliver (I believe Fastway Auto Carriers, Inc.) were quite the opposite. If you call someone and say you will be there at 9:00- or 9:30am, be there. My car was not delivered until approximately 1:30pm. I had to have a person wait at my house at my own cost. I called the driver a few times because of the delay. The driver was rude and borderline threatening, "I'll be there when I get there, don't call me and have my money!" Being from NJ I am no stranger to this, but don't ever send this driver again.

After speaking with the driver, it seems traffic was the cause for delay (something we cannot control unfortunately), none-the-less, customer service is our #1 priority and we will not be working with Fastway Auto Carriers in the future.
