Overall the experience was satisfactory. Maleah was easy to work with. I gave a 4 star only because I would have liked a little more communication/updates. Being a planner myself, I wasn’t too keen on not knowing in advance when my car would be shipped, but nonetheless it was shipped out around the time I asked, plus or minus 2 days.
