Avoid this company at all costs. Do not use them to transport anything. 50 State Auto Transport Inc. in Tujunga, California. The took over 28 days to pick our car and we had to track them down on the phone. When they finally called Sat to notify us of pick up on Monday. Monday came no show no call. Then they say Tues., well no show no call Tuesday and Wed after they didn't show we called and they were 2 hours late. Friday they called to say our car is damaged and we have to pay a $200 fee or they won't release our car and will add an additional $35 daily fee for keeping our car. After arguing with Nick on phone that our car was serviced the week before and impossible for anything to be wrong with it he gave us an ultimatum to pay or he won't deliver our car.
Saturday they call and their transport truck has broken down and our car is stuck at some random truck stop in Texas until their truck can get serviced Mon. or Tues. Nick said he'd call us when the truck leaves Texas, he doesn't. Thursday the car is delivered with the brake lines cut, gas tank scratched and who knows what other damage exist.
Dealing with them is absolutely daunting avoid at all cost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
