After looking around at about 5 companies I went with 5-Star mostly because they had time to pick my car up the fastest of any company. Two days after I called they picked it up. David provided great customer service, he was happy to work around my schedule. The driver that picked up my car called 3 times during the first half of the day to give me updates on the time he would arrive. He was there within 10 minutes of the time he said. David called me about 5 or so times between when my car was picked up and delivered. He also gave me the number that went directly to him so when I had some questions he actually answered the phone rather then "press 1 for this press 2 for that" which was really nice. He answered all the questions I had (where were many since I have never shipped my car before!). Overall the company was great and if I ship my car back to the mainland I'll use 5-star again.
