Our move to Texas made it necessary to ship one of our cars. Looking on the internet for a shipper seemed like a crap shoot- how do you know if they're legit until they show up at the other end with your car? AND when you put your info into ONE form on ONE site, you start getting hammered by phone calls & emails from SO MANY shippers.

Gilbert was not one of the people I intended to contact, but I did take his call. He was the only one who was VERY up-front about costs & who gets what part of the $ (between company who takes the call & the guy who actually delivers your car). The "deposit" is what you pay the people "middle man" and what you pay at delivery is what the driver actually keeps. Some of the movers will COMPENSATE for reviews - which made ME not trust them - some people will do anything for a few bucks off.. .

At the last minute, the driver he had assigned to me pulled out but Gilbert flawlessly got another driver on board & just emailed me to keep me in the loop. He sent me all the information on the new shipper (as he had the first driver) and we moved forward.

Florin was the driver who picked up (AND delivered) my car. He was on time, courteous and honest. I'd DEFINITELY request him again. AND I'd trust Gilbert to give me someone equally as good, should Florin not be available. But I HOPE I'm not movin' again for a LONG while!
