Gilbert was excellent, he provided excellent customer care and service. The car carrier he lined up was also customer service oriented. The car came from Texas to North Carolina in 3 days. I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The car got extremely dirty, but cleaned up with no problem. I would consider a car cover or an enclosed carrier for a premium automobile.
