I was told by Gilbert that the company he brokered to deliver me my car was FULLY INSURED. National AUTO MOVING was to deliver me a classic car I purchased in CA. The IDIOT driver in the process of unloading my car off the truck, Dropped it off the second tier of the trailer then crushing my other car that I had arrived in to pick up the car I purchased. They had Lloyd's of London for cargo and AIG for Liability. They have both since denied payment on the damage because National Auto Moving didnt have the proper coverage. I am now out 19,000+ in damages on top of diminished value. When trying to contact 5 star nationwide I get a run around and now they won't even return my calls. Their company is not even in GOOD STANDING with the state of Illinois and they have a Better Business Bureau rating of C. They dont do anything but find some IDIOTS to transport cars and than request more money after the car is in Transport. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY EXPERIENCE. LETS SEE WHAT THEIR REPLY IS WHEN I SUE THEM FOR IMPROPER REPRESENTATION AND SUCKING AT THEIR JOBS. I'LL BE IN TOUCH GILBERT AND GINO.

We do not misrepresent ourselves at all.We are looking at your file and your car was dispatched to the carrier of year 2008.We emailed you all the information of the carriers insurance and documents and you approved it.When your car was delivered in FL of 2008 your car has no scratch nor damage at all. When you car got to your location your vehicle was not running and you took your other car on the trailer ( carriers truck ) and try to jumpstart with your car. It's like going to a house without any permission. You s hould have waited for the driver to unload your vehicle..You didn't pay the carrier of what happened and they brought your car to a mechanic shop and after 2 weeks you went there to pay for it to get your car.We filed all your claim to the right people but you still went ahead insisted to do what you want and not take the right proper step to be paid by the insurance company and in the end the blame is still on us.
