I purchased a vehicle from South Carolina and needed it shipped to me in Iowa and I initialy called a company that turned out to be corupt and took my money and never picked my vehicle up like they said they would do four different times, so I called 5 star and talked with Gilbert and he was brilliant. I talked with him on a Saturday and told him my situation and that I needed to get my vihicle right away and he got it picked up that Monday. I wish I had of talked with Gilbert first, he was really really nice, prompt and very caring to my situation. I tell you Gilbert knows his stuff and does his job to the fullest and the industry needs more honest and caring people like him, and I will allways for now on call him whenever I need a vehicle shipped to me.
