Kept delaying pickup

I contracted with these people (March 6) because they said they could pick up the following week on Tuesday or Wednesday (March 11-12) and deliver by March 15-16. On the 12th, I was told that their truck suffered hydraulic problems and they would pick up the car on Thursday or Friday (March 13-14). On that Friday, I was told that the truck was still not repaired that that I would get picked up by another truck on Monday or Tuesday (March 17-18). On Tuesday, I was that the second truck also had hydraulic problems. A third truck was definitely supposed to pick up the truck on Wednesday, March 19th. That day came and gone. Then, absolutely promised Thursday morning, March 20th. That day came and went. On Friday, March 21st, I said I was done with Five Star Auto Transports and cancelled my order. The sales guy, George, would not return any of my calls. At least on two ocassions I left messages on his extension specifically requesting him to call me back. The customer service person, Katie, only replied to my inquires and I had to leave many messages to get a response. Customer service is very poor. Apparently their follow through is very poor too. I would not recommend them to anyone.
