Original phone call to Kelly was pleasant... Got on schedule for $150 and $750 due upon arrival at destination. Gave 4 weeks to pick up car on 21st of month. On 18th decided to call to confirm the pick up date... 4 of 5 phone numbers NOT IN SERVICE... 5th number just rang into a message machine but machine was FULL of messages so I could not leave any message. On the 21st NO PICK up.

Started to look for another auto transport... took 3 days, I was now late with the leaving. And, found another auto transport, but because it was an immediate pick up... cost $400 more... after another day - more delays because of the distance and busy time of year...

Long story short... DO NOT CALL OR GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. Luckily, through my bank I got my deposit back...

This is the only thing that went wrong for my cross country move...
