Promises, promises, promises. Then no return call. If the shipper wasn't going to pick up the vehicle, a phone call to inform should have been forthcoming. Ignoring a customer who is skeptical of this industry to start does not make for smart business. Karma has a way of coming back at you for not being a truthful person.
